Check-In/Out

Check-In: 4:00PM (earlier check – in can be arranged)

Deposits

One night’s deposit is required for your reservation. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. The balance is due upon arrival.

 

Cancellations

For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival, your deposit is refundable minus a $15 processing fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit is no longer eligible for a cash refund but will be converted into a gift certificate for later use.

We guarantee to hold the room you reserve unless you tell us otherwise, at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

For holidays, weddings, elopements and special events at our East Texas Bed and Breakfast, we need to hear from you no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Rates

All rates are for double occupancy and include a full country breakfast as well as afternoon refreshments. 6% sales and lodging tax is additional.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal and travelers checks.

Smoking

Absolutely, positively no smoking on the Selah Ranch property

Pets

We can accommodate a pet 30 lbs and under in The Corral House only. Please note, pets cannot be left alone in the cottage unless they are in their own crate. A $75.00 pet fee applies per day.

Children

We can only accommodate children in the Corral House, not in the main Inn. (Regardless of their age, babies are children.) Please inquire first as restrictions apply.
