Cookbook and Recipes
In 2008, Candy Hickerson produced a cookbook of recipes from our Texas ranch resort, and all 600 copies sold out! She is working on a new book with more homemade specialties, to be published in fall 2013. The preliminary title is "Yes, it's in the cookbook!"
